How the Leak Proof experts fixed and waterproofed a solarium in Quesada
This rooftop terrace in Rojales was cracked and peeling and the house was in danger of flooding… here’s how they fixed it

This solarium in Quesada was covered in a blue paint which had obviously been used as some sort of temporary Waterproofing system in the past as it was cracked and peeling up in places, very similar to the red Goucho paint used on a lot of properties in Spain.
For the Quesada job, Leak Proof had to use their Husqvarna concrete grinder to remove all of the paint and then go over the surface again to rough up the tiles underneath, as this gives the product a better surface to bond to. It also helps to remove all the glaze off the tiles, ensuring the best possible finish.
