Mazarrón Country Club offers both residential and rental properties
Mazarrón Country Club is a private residential area of approximately 800 houses, situated in the hills near the town
of Mazarrón, around half an hour from the new Corvera International Airport. The urbanization is built around an attractive central avenue and consists of various types of properties, from small bungalows to larger detached villas which include numerous holiday rental properties as well as properties for residential
use. Mazarrón Country Club boasts attractive hillside views, tidy, well maintained streets and communal areas and excellent security features.

The nearest railway station is 25 kms away, on the outskirts of the town of Totana, where a regional train service links to the larger station in Murcia. A local bus service links Mazarrón Country Club to Mazarrón town and beaches.
Mazarrón Country Club is situated close to more than 35 kms of picturesque coastline running from Isla Plana towards Águilas, offering a mixture of groomed town beaches with shops and bars, wild rocky caves, nudist beaches and long
stretches of open beach. Nearby is the Camposol urbanization with 3000 inhabitants, supermarkets, bars and cafes, a pharmacy, a medical centre, petrol station and an 18 hole golf course, as well as a large number of sociable clubs and associations.
