Whether you are young or old and whatever shape you’re in, if you are looking to add movement to your life, bulk up, or lose weight, if its light training or intense weight work you seek, the Condado Fitness Centre has the equipment to suit your regime, whatever your fitness and training goals are, Condado Fitness Centre can help you make it happen.

Located in the same premises as Military Breaks Plus in the Al Kasar Commercial Centre, the Condado Fitness Centre has the equipment to target the major muscle groups: Chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abdomen, quadriceps, and hamstrings so you can focus on the area you want to improve or if you want to go for a full body tone up, taking into consideration the muscle group you work with will need 48 hours rest, it can be convenient to follow up the next day with a different part of the body. This gives your muscle groups time to recover.

A few popular options for alternating muscle group work outs together are:

• Chest and Back
• Quads (Upper leg) and Hamstrings
• Arm Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
• Glutes (Buttocks) and Abdominals

Condado Fitness Centre equipment includes Free Weights, Squat Racks, Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Multi-Functional Rack, Work-out Balls, Step Aerobic Platforms.

Cardio machines are also available to enhance cardiovascular conditioning these are proving popular because they're straightforward, effective, and don't require much thought after a day’s sunbathing by the pool or beach.

Condado Fitness also have yoga classes (Monday & Wednesday 10am-11am); and Pump classes (Mondays 9am-10am); and starting from June 2025, Aqua classes!

General Rates

• Daily rate €5 - Weekly €18 - Fortnightly €25 - Monthly €30 - Quarterly €75 - Annual €250

Senior Rates (Over 65)

• Daily rate €4 - Weekly €15 - Fortnightly €20 - Monthly €25 - Quarterly €65 - Annual €220

Opening times

• Open Monday-Sunday 8am-9pm
